1. Attorney Work Product: All Pre-Flight output — reports, demand letters, case analyses, and valuations — constitutes attorney work product protected under Washington Civil Rule 26(b)(1) and the attorney-client privilege. Unauthorized disclosure may waive these protections.

2. Attorney Review Required: No Pre-Flight output may be shared with clients, filed with any court, or relied upon for legal strategy without review and approval by a licensed Washington State attorney.

3. Citation Verification: All statutory and case law citations generated by Pre-Flight must be independently verified against current WA State law before inclusion in any court filing or demand letter.

4. Case Valuations Are Guidance Only: All monetary figures and damages ranges are estimates based on historical WA State PI MVA data adjusted for inflation. They are not guarantees of outcome and do not constitute legal advice.

5. PHI / HIPAA: If you submit medical records containing Protected Health Information (PHI), a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) must be executed with Signal Loom AI, Inc. before submission. You are the Covered Entity and are responsible for your own HIPAA compliance.

6. Data Ownership: You retain all rights to your case data, client information, and final attorney work product. Signal Loom AI does not claim ownership of your case data. De-identified aggregated usage data may be used for product improvement.

7. Limitation of Liability: Signal Loom AI's total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Signal Loom is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
